Payment and shipping

You can shop in our online store either by registering for a personal customer account or by completing the order process without a customer account.

Bank transfer/pre-payment

Payment of the purchase price is due in advance immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
After sending your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with our bank details.
Please transfer the money directly to our bank account.
Please use the order number as the reason for payment.
Your order will not be dispatched until we have received the money in our account.

PayPal

PayPal is a well-known international online payment service that enables you to pay securely, easily, quickly and free of charge in online stores.
Secure payment: You enter your bank or credit card details once with PayPal.
The payment will be debited from your account for all subsequent purchases, either from the credit card on file or by direct debit.
This means that you do not have to re-enter them every time you make an online purchase and send them over the Internet.

Klarna

Klarna is a well-known international online payment service that enables you to pay securely, easily, quickly and free of charge in online stores.

Shipping

As a rule, the goods are shipped by DHL.
However, we reserve the right to use other parcel service providers.

to Germany: 6,00 EUR – from 500 EUR order value free shipping within Germany.

within the EU: 12,50 EUR
